SHELTER PROD, our in-house expenditure supervisory body, is a co-producer of the projects funded by Taxshelter.be. Shelter Prod is also a signatory to the Framework Agreement on behalf of an approved producer. Shelter Prod assists producers in applying for Tax Shelter funding.
Shelter Prod is also recognised as an intermediary company by the FPS Finance.
The company offers:
- a selection of quality projects based on strict criteria agreed with Taxshelter.be, as well as the monitoring of relationships with the various producers
- meticulous financial monitoring of investments
- receipt of funds from Investors
- centralised management and security of cash flows in specific project accounts (funds are released in increments based on validated invoices)
- taking out tax insurance
- operational follow-up for investors
- payment of the financial return
- retrieval of the tax certificate after tax fiscal inspection
